Face Claim: Rachel McAdams
Natural Hair Color: dark brown
Current Hair Color: dark brown
Eye Color: blue
Height: 5' 3''
Weight: 103 lbs
Birth Marks: several freckles on her face
Piercings: only her ears

General Appearance: Messy. Ella loves her sleep, so she normally sports the I-just-rolled-out-of-bed look because more than likely, she just rolled out of bed (and sometimes will still have the pillow lines on her face to prove it). It isn't uncommon for her to be out in public in attire that most sensible people wouldn't step outside in, even if in the comfort of their own backyard. Still, even in an oversized t-shirt and sweats, Ella manages to not look completely like a bum and somedays even borders on looking almost cute. With little effort, however, Ella can clean up quite nicely and look quite lovely.

Introvert or Extrovert? extrovert
Personality: She is a very independent person, mostly due growing up with four older brothers. She is extremely stubborn because of this, and once her mind is set, it is impossible to change. She is opinionated, and unapologetic with her opinions. She is reserved, however, and will not run off spouting her thoughts to people who don't want to hear them. She is a fairly quiet person and this often comes across as shyness, but don't be fooled; shyness is completely foreign to Ella. Occasionally she'll meet someone who she clicks with, and then she has no trouble conversating freely. She is an awfully impatient person, irresponsible with aspects of her life such as her drinking, can be exceedingly irrational at times, and is not above lying to get herself out of trouble, and she is often called immature because of these characteristics of her personality. She has a terrible and often violent temper that is fairly easy to ignite; she does not hold grudges, however, and can forgive and forget fairly easily. Ella is friendly and nonjudgmental, and is a loyal friend; in relationships, however, she tends to stray and can be unfaithful. She has an extreme fear of spiders, needles, and storms, and borders on eating disordered because she often doesn't eat due to a fear of getting sick. She is unpredictable and a bit on the wild side, but she is never, never boring.

Parents: Daniel (father, 56) and Nadine (mother, 55)
Siblings: Casey (brother, 26), Remy (brother, 24), and Nicholaus (brother, 24)
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Hometown: Raleigh, North Carolina
Education: Graduated from a public high school in Raleigh with honors and in the top of her class; she attended the University of North Carolina for two years before moving to Seattle, and is now taking a semester off before starting back at the University of Washington. She is majoring in early childhood education.
History: The year after Daniel Jameson, Ella’s father graduated from high school, his parents rewarded him with a three week trip to France as a graduation gift. There, he met Nadine, Ella’s mother. After barely two weeks of knowing one another, Daniel returned to the States with Nadine, and they quickly married. Friends and family were shocked and their marriage was predicted to fail; it did not, and they raised four children: three boys and one girl, whom they named Ella Raleigh after the North Carolina city she was born in. Ella and her brothers grew up in a suburban middle-class neighborhood on the outskirts of Raleigh, North Carolina. Ella and her brothers did not lead any sort of troubled lives; all four were A and B students and excelled in sports such as football and baseball, and for Ella, ballet. Ella grew up independent and fiery; it was a requirement for her, if she was to survive in the Jameson household. With three older brothers who took delight in making your life hell, toughness was a prerequisite. She and her brothers were a tightly knit bunch of siblings, and Ella was deeply affected when they all departed for college. She became unruly and her parents were worried with her drop in GPA and decision to quit dance. It was in high school that she began to drink. Every weekend (and some weekdays if the mood struck) she was with her friends and current boyfriend (she could never hold on to them for long) and getting hammered, and her binge drinking became worse as she entered her first year of college. She ended up in Washington state when her father was transferred to a smaller town a few hours from Seattle; she decided to make the move with them, but went to Seattle instead.
Random childhood memory: Once, while being babysat, a five year old Ella locked her grandmother outside of the house and refused to let her back inside for several hours.
Random Memory: When she was sixteen, she got a bad case of food poisoning from a fast-food restaurant; she spent a week puking her brains out and lost ten pounds, and now is an extremely finicky eater who often skips meals due to a fear of getting sick. It is also because of this illness that she doesn't eat fast-food anymore.
Random Fact: She can tie a cherry stem in a knot with her mouth.

Sample Post: Sunlight crept into the bedroom through poorly closed blinds, bathing the room in the crisp light of morning as a chilly morning breeze snuck through the bottom of the window that had been left open an inch. The room was disorderly: clothes were thrown across the floor, a lamp that had previously sat on the bedside table was knocked to the floor, picture frames were knocked askew on the walls, and a torn-open condom wrapper lay on the floor beside the bed, all testaments of the intimacies that had occurred in the room the night before. Two figures lay beneath a thick blanket, the slow rise and fall of their chests indicating that they both were sound asleep.
Several minutes later, one of the sleeping figures began to stir. From underneath the blanket popped a very naked Ella. She was now unprotected by the blanket’s warmth and her bare skin was exposed to the cold of the room, compliments of the slightly open window. As goosebumps raced over Ella’s skin, she made a mad and naked dash from the bed to the open window and slammed it closed. The noise awoke the second sleeper, and he sat up quickly, squinting and obviously confused by the sudden noise. He grinned as he spotted Ella, who after shutting the window was shuffling sleepily to her dresser to dig through drawers, searching for underwear and clothes to wear. Her search was successful, and she quickly pulled on a pair of striped undies and a matching bra, a very childish looking underwear set, but one of Ella’s favorites nonetheless, and a large shirt that was once her older brother’s. Her companion was also up and gathering his clothes off the floor, but having a difficult time locating some wayward items. “Have you seen my shirt?” He glanced over at Ella, and without a word, she tossed him the shirt that had somehow gotten thrown across the room while they undressed each other last night.
She left him to dress himself and exited the room, a small furry black dog prancing behind her. “Morning, Pepper-baby!” she cooed at him as he barked happily, nails clicking against the wood floor of her small apartment. She smiled at Pepper’s perpetually gleeful expression and lifted him up off the floor, cradling him against her side with one arm. She had a raging headache from last night’s drinks, and Ella’s favorite cure for a hang-over was more drinking. She delved into her refrigerator and pulled out a bottle of berry flavored Smirnoff, smiling as she twisted the cap off and took a sip of the sweet drink; her brothers would tease her to no end about her love of what they called “bitch beers” as they encouraged her to “be a man” and drink something stronger.
By now, the man in her room was dressed and standing uncomfortably in the doorframe of Ella’s bedroom. She hardly acknowledged him and took another swallow from the bottle in her hand. “I, uh, need to get to work,” he mumbled, and Ella simply nodded and wiggled a few fingers in goodbye as he quickly exited her apartment.
